"I go here every Friday for a large pick up order. Everyone is so nice and friendly. When I get all the food everything is hot. Yes even the French fries. The only fast food place in town that seems to have it together. At least from the customers point of view!"
"I just visited our local Burger King to experience some poor customer service. The woman at the window couldn't say good morning or hello. When I greeted her. She dumped my hash browns in the bottom of my bag and did not put creamer sugar in my coffee and instead put it in the bag for me to put in my coffee while driving. Pretty lazy and inattentive service. They also have some of the worst coffee I've ever had. I would swear the reusing their grounds for how watered down it is."
"Didn’t think I would need to come back here. Anyway, I’ve ordered two burgers this time. The crispy chicken and impossible whopper. Both were below expectations. The crispy chicken had soggy breading on the inside, which wasn’t cooked, had to throw that out. And the impossible whopper. Don’t even get me STARTED on that, it literally smells and tastes like burnt rubber! Not even exaggerating. Waste of money and time. At least the fries weren’t messed up this time."
"Drive through breakfast. Days of deals are gone, fast food prices have shot up so high since pandemic, simply not worth the stop. Cost similar to go to regular restaurant where better atmosphere. Today staff seemed angry we stopped, and over $20 for what was around $10 just a few years ago, rather a Kwik Trip sandwich where staff always friendly..."
"I realize lots of places are short staffed. I go BK often. But the last few times prob will have me not going back Really lacking in the cleanliness of facility. And always short staffed."
