"I returned A LOT of flowers to the east Washington St Hobby Lobby because my daughter changed her mind and wanted to have real flowers for her wedding. I was very impressed with the cashier, Kira, that helped me. She was very kind and incredibly detailed while she organized the return of over $700 worth of flowers. Hobby Lobby flowers don't have bar codes that can be scanned. Instead the cashier has to enter the prices manually, which seems outdated to me, but Kira handled it with patience and meticulous attention to detail. The shift manager and other cashier on duty were also very kind. I wish I remembered their names. I've shopped at Hobby Lobby for years and have always had good experiences, but never returned anything before."
