"All of my medications are on auto fill, however since moving them to this store I rarely if ever get them to auto fill before I realize I am running out."

"Honestly this pharmacy makes me cry every single time I come here. I dont know how hard it is to get the correct brand of the correct prescription. Every. Single. Time. And every single time they get attitude with me and it's unnecessary. I didn't ask for a brain that can't function unless it takes a certain medication. It's frustrating, and it shouldn't have to be."

"This pharmacy used to be fantastic, but it has gone downhill over the last year or so. It consistently takes several days and calls to fill prescriptions, the drive thru takes forever - I always just end up going in. They rarely have medications we fill regularly in stock. Most of the staff is nice - except Pallas - she should not be dealing with customers, she is not friendly at all and acts like she doesn't want to be there. If this keeps up, we will be looking for a new pharmacy."

"Electronic communication is not consistent with phone communication or in person communication. Either employees need more training on how to use their current system or the system needs upgraded because it isn’t accurate. Attention to detail is lacking amongst several pharmacy staff members. Customer service is poor especially when answering questions. Long wait times in the drive thru. Unprofessional and try to shift blame to providers or insurance. Extremely frustrated with their “mistakes” that consistently occur at what feels like every other month intervals."
