"Chris and Rashad were super helpful and very patient when I had some tiny things I needed help with in the middle of their busy Monday evening. They didn't judge me for having no clue which bulb needed replacing in my taillight, nor did they make it my problem when I bought the wrong one and needed to exchange, and Rashad didn't even hesitate to help install the light when my old car wouldn't let me screw it in and he saw me struggling outside for like 10 minutes. 10/10 for these dudes, very kind humans"

"Bought an OEM nut splitter on a Sunday, then tried to use it later that day. The tool has a pin to keep it from rotating as you tighten it; the pin broke after a few attempts at breaking the nut. I kept trying but then the tool started seizing up, so I just gave up. The next day, I brought it to return it, only to find out: 1) store manager wasn't even at the store, 2) the attendant called the manager, who said there is nothing they can do, which is more like, there is nothing they want to do. Basically don't buy tools at Auto Zone, they're poor quality; you'll also get some demeaning attitude from employees and you won't even get your money back. I'm happy to return the favor by going to their competitors."
