"I bought a set of rims and tires for my Elantra. On initial inspection they appeared to be in nice condition but when I went to mount them I found a dent on the inside of one wheel. I sent them a picture of the dent and the owner ordered me a replacement wheel no questions asked. He also offered to meet me in Akron to shorten my drive. I obviously would have preferred not to have a problem but I think the way they dealt with it deserves a good review. They are good folks and I’d definitely deal with them again."

"My experience with Morad parts company was a terrible one. I notified them the day prior that I would be coming for a set of wheels and tires that they posted, I get there and the owner is gone for the day and couldn't make a deal and they didn't even have them off the car yet. Wasted my time driving all the way out there with cash in hand ready to buy. Update since he saw my review; I got there an hour before they closed and I told him I was coming the next day to get them. Also when confronted him about it he gave me one story and now the story has changed so his credibility is out the window in my opinion."
