"We took in our Bissell carpet cleaner in a couple of years ago. The water dispenser wasn't working. We were told to take it back to the store and tell them to give us a new one. We had had the thing for almost two years and it was still under warranty and this store was the closest service location. Clearly, they didn't want to bother. We won't bother with them again in the future with our business. Take back an almost two-year old carpet cleaner and ask for a new one. Yeah, okay."
