"I was nervous after seeing all of the negative reviews, but my Samsung ice maker needed to be fixed, and this is who I was directed to use. The technicians showed up on time, performed the service very quickly, and fixed the issue. I'm sure most negative reviews are due to frustrations with Samsung than with the technicians... but I can only speak from my experience. They were quick and professional and fixed my ice maker. 5 stars."

"Really awful service. They called and cancelled the first appointment which was understandable because of poor weather. They rescheduled for several days later, in the morning I received a call giving me a 3 hour window later in the day when they would arrive. They never showed up. I finally called them to see if they were still coming, they said no, they were sorry they were behind on repairs and would be back in two days. Two days later they never called so I called them again, when I talked to a customer service lady she said they were rescheduled for the following week! I asked her why it was so far out and why I couldn't have an expedited repair as I had already been on the list for two days prior, she instantly ended the call and transferred me to Samsung customer service with no answer to my question! Now I'm waiting another 5 days with very limited faith they'll ever show up. It's been a very frustrating experience."

"Had a horrible experience with this company that resulted in their technician getting into a screaming match with me in the middle of my kitchen first thing in the morning. I woke up to a voicemail from this technician stating, "We need you to pull the dishwasher out yourself before we get there because it is stuck." They said this because they had a different tech out a week ago - that tech had the dishwasher pulled out at least halfway. New guy claims he isn't allowed to even touch my dishwasher when I asked him to try to do his job. Not once did the tech touch my dishwasher. This all ended in a screaming match and I had to tell the man 3 times while yelling expletives at him to get out of my house before he would actually leave. There is no excuse for the way this employee behaved, and especially no excuse for him to not leave my home the FIRST time I told him to leave. Avoid this company at all costs."

"Was assigned this company for warranty work on my fridge. First time out could not understand one word he was saying. Then he didnt even order correct parts so next time scheduled to come out they just send me an email with date and time. I told them to call to schedule an appt and still havent heard. They are doing a very good job at making sure we never purchase samsung again."
