"They are the most overpriced store I know but their food is very good but their prices are very bad. Worse than any other store. I bought 6 items and nothing much at all. Cost me $75 and then they want me to pay for my bags brown bags that if you pick it up by the handle one time the handle rips off I think for the price I pay to shop there I'm not paying for bags I try to bring my reusables but if I forget I take one of theirs and I've never paid for one and I don't intend to"
"Would of given 5 stars, but the cashier was more focused on her phone instead of the customers. As I walked up, she was on her phone and didn't bother to acknowledge us untill she scanned the last item as she was reading her texts the whole time. Even while I was cashing out she was glued to her phone to the point I had to grab my own receipt instead of her giving it to me. Awful customer service and I hope REBECCA P is talked to about her phone usage while dealing with customers."
"This is one of the nicer Giant Eagle stores I have visited. While it was well stocked, I couldn't find any party/buffalo wings. This is the third Giant Eagle I've been to in two days, not one of them had ANY."
"CHECK YOUR MEAT THOROUGHLY!!!! Yesterday was the third time in the last ten months I have purchased meat from this giant eagle, from inside the case handed to me by a butcher, and it was spoiled. Of course they’re always willing to give me my money back, but it doesn’t suffice for the inconvenience of having to go back up there after expecting to use the meat for dinner. Considering contacting their corporate office because this consistent issue clearly needs to be addressed."
