"This store has gone downhill. Customer service needs major work.They need to limit how many lottery tickets that can be purchased or at least get new equipment. Some customers stay and play the lottery for at least 30 minutes without thinking of those standing behind them. My heart goes out to the poor clerk who’s in charge of the desk. The restrooms are filthy. There’s never more than two registers open at any given time. The only positive things about this store are the closeouts, great employees, and the pharmacy."
"Customer Service counter staff are awful. They purposely put up signs saying Lottery is down, so they don't have to handle Lottery sales. When you question them, they admit it's working and didn't want to handle sales.The Lottery should remove machine and scratch off tickets from this store."
"These stores always have some good prices. The produce is always nice. Good coffee selection at good prices."
"Required to have a plastic bag for my newspaper and another for 2 pkgs. Cheese. At least they didnt BAG my four milks. Sternly told not to put my paper in with the cheese because "we are on camera". Trying to help Marc's corporate AND the environment but meeting resistance at this location."
"I love Marc's, but this store is becoming a problem. They need self checkout immediately. The past two times by 2 different clerks Michelle and Benicia my experience has been a nightmare. Double charging items and giving me incorrect change. If you shop at this store be very attentive while checking out."
