"Had a great experience this afternoon at Jared’s. I had been to 4 shops looking for a watch battery for a slim Seiko watch. Most of the other shops had little to no customer support. At Jared’s, I was greeted at the door and the gentleman who greeted me took me directly to the watch counter and found the battery I needed. Very courteous and kind customer support. I will be back for future jewelry and watch services."

"I didn’t like that. I had to stand at the door until somebody saw me to let me in. Basically, they are judging your entrance purely by your looks. Once in, I wasn’t greeted but I did ask the guy that let me in if they had what I was looking for. He pointed me to a case and told me somebody would be with me. I waited for about 15 minutes with not a single person, even making eye contact, then they took other people who had just walked in ahead of me so I left. I went to Kay jewelers and got exactly what I wanted."

"we purchased my diamond ring from here. I found it on James Allen and they ordered it for me.The service was really really great and they were wonderful. Why I am giving them 2 star, when diamond arrived they called me and they handled me the diamond but they initially forgot to remove their receipt which was for 6k and the diamond price was 12k so they literally made double profit. I am not sure if that's their profit margin for every purchase but I did not feel great seeing the original price"

"Please read this before purchasing— it may change your mind before you spend thousands of dollars on an engagement ring. I purchased my wife’s wedding ring in 2020. We had it custom built. After a year the diamond cluster on the ring falls off. I took it back in to get it “repaired”. The cluster was crooked upon handing it back to us. I immediately said the ring is still messed up and the lady working gave me a rude tone and reluctantly took the ring back. They finally gave me back the “fixed” ring. It was straight at this point but a year in on a brand new expensive engagement ring already getting issues. Recently, my wife and I went out to dinner. When we got home, the top cluster of diamonds was now off and missing. I call Jared support and they tell me during Covid since I didn’t take the ring in every 6 months for inspection (during Covid mind you) that their cheap ring is now not covered under warranty and they will do nothing about it. A new engagement ring shouldn’t fall off 3x in the span of three years. Once again — DO NOT BUY from this company. Sickening."
