"Came in to get my ring inspected and cleaned before my wedding and the lady who helped me was extremely rude to her coworker who seemed to be new. I was in no rush at all so it was not an issue for me, nor did it seem like a problem for other customers that the process was taking a little longer than normal. She kept trying to get us to have a reaction to her being rude, but none of us gave in. I now know to only return to the Strongsville location."
