"A friend of mine went to the Claire's at Great Northern Mall to buy a Christmas gift for my niece and couple of things for his daughter when he was told to put his purchase down at the register while he shopped more. Another employee ended up selling the item to another customer even though that item wasn't on the shelf and didn't ask the other employee if someone was buying it. Needless to say if you're buying something and it's the last one hang on to it till you're ready to purchase the item. Don't set it down. But it was very disappointing to know that an employee would sell something a customer was going to buy."

"This Claire’s had not been open when they were supposed to they had a notice from great northern about this problem. Today when I went there was nobody the hours said they were supposed to be open. Picture below is proof that the note was there"

"Very friendly staff and very kind and gentle. I wanna give special recognition to Maranda for her patience and time. My daughters got my ears pierced and made them feel comfortable and especially my third child . She was really nervous but Miranda and her co worker both were so kind and understanding tget pieces them at the same time.
