"Ive purchased many loudspeakers here, all have worked flawlessly."
"What a great experience. The store itself screams bespoke. Besides that, the Beoplay Ex that I purchased is head and shoulders above Senn and even IEMs like Moondrop. The buy in is steep, but damn these are just fun products."
"I have a B&O 9000 which was about $3500.00 new in the early 1980’s. It had some issues so I took it to the B&O store in Cincinnati. &500.00 to do the diagnostic, $3500 to do the required service it needed. Well, I had the unit wrapped up very nicely with bubble wrap, several layers! I declined the service as this was just too much. So the unit was picked up and returned with the least amount of packing material to protect this valuable unit! I was utterly floored and disappointed with their lack of concern as to the protection of my stereo. $500.00 and this is how it comes back to me."
"As the owner of this Bang&Olufsen store, of which i am also a client, I am always ready to help all clients, even though they may not have purchased from me. In addition, if they have, we are sometimes not privy to product changes or innovations unless told by the company. So when a client comes in to complain to my store about a product purchased online, for example, all i can do is be polite and help, but cannot give them a new one from my personal inventory if they have not bought directly from me. They are directed (or guided if at the store) to go to the website or given a number for customer support. In addition, when a client who has purchased from me complains that the product he bought has been upgraded, I cannot help since I did not know it would be changed by the company that year. It's like a car buyer complaining to the dealership that his model has new upgrades and he wants to return the old one he purchased at a good price months before. Thats called a trade in, not an excuse for an exchange. I am happy to be of service to all our clients, but find it rather disappointing when comments are unfairly posted without any regard for my company or the chance to rebut them. As teachers say, we may have hundreds of wonderful children in the tree. Why is it we always reminded of the worst of the apples?"
"Rude and not friendly employee… I took my recently bought H9i in for a flawed headband repair/exchange today. The sales just watched me demonstrate the problem but never really care and asked me is this a problem.... I like my H9i but no thank you I’m gonna return it. That’s not how a high-end electronics store treats consumers."
