"This is why Amazon is going to win. 30 employees standing around and 2 registers open. Minimum 36 minutes check out time. When you can stand inline with your purchases waiting to check out and it's faster to get online and have it delivered, that's a problem! I would think having all those self checkout registers open would help, but nope!"

"Pickup order scheduled for 3:00 on Friday. Still wasn’t ready at 4:30. Had to cancel. Rescheduled for 8-9 am. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes. Still no order. This is supposed to be saving me time. Not costing me huge amounts of time sitting and waiting. I could’ve done my own shopping faster. This is ridiculous. This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to"

"Understaffed, only “express” lanes open that have lines to the back of the store. No baskets or carts available. Staff looks ready to walk."

"Constantly out of stock of items that other Krogers have no issue keeping in store. This has been an issue since way before covid. No baskets. Like the kind you shop with.... Literally, I asked and they haven't had more than 4 or 5 for a while? They will also regularly close the 2nd self check out way early at like 7 with only 1 standard cashier so there is super long line to the back of the store. Produce out that is clearly a day or two past its prime but somehow its best by date is still 3-4 days out.(See pic of slimey mushrooms still supposedly good for another day or two) List goes on, but the basket thing today was just too absurd not to finally leave a review; even if it won't really matter bc management clearly doesn't care about this location. Its a shame bc they do seem to have friendly/helpful employees despite probably feilding a lot of complaints. Guess we are going to have to give a Sam's membership a go. They have cheaper gas and can't be this bad right?"
