"One of the most affordable and clean gyms with newer equipment and lots of it. My only thing is I personally don't care for the music which is mostly EDM / house music. Other than that it's a great place for a good price compared to let's say Anytime Fitness which is overly pricey."

"Planet fitness in richmond Indiana is like the Hotel California. You can check out but you can never leave! I canceled my membership in July 2023. They took out July's payment, which I did not mind because I did cancel my membership just a few days before the payment was to come out. However, they took out August payment as well. I called and asked about it and they said it would be refunded within seven to ten business days. I'm on day 17, no refund, no returned calls and a few days from September's payment that very well may come out. I'm a senior citizen that lives on social security and though the amounts may be small to them they are not to me. My advice is to find a different gym. I just got off the phone with them and they changed my cancelation date from july14th to August 17th to justify keeping the money they took in August...smh."
