"This location offers passport services, including photos. I made four appointments on 9/22/23 for 10/13/23 (two minor and two adults), receiving confirmation numbers, as well as a follow-up confirmation text. The office then proceeded to call me two hours before the scheduled appointment time (after arranging for both parents to be off work, since both have to be present for minor appointments) to say that their camera is broken, AND even if it was working, they don't have anyone there today to provide passport services. They did offer a "solution" as another location, but that location did not offer photos services. Very disappointing experience that still could have been remedied if given more than two hours notice on the same day. I do not recommend"
"Puts our mail in the wrong mailbox. Does not deliver to anyone in my area on Saturday. I get a picture of my mail in my email via informed delivery... and Everytime I get that picture it should be in my mailbox same day as usual but is not. Puts mail on top of old mailboxes we don’t use anymore. Loses mail and delivers at way later date. How hard is it to sort mail and deliver it to an address? My mother does it every day with no problems. Postmaster is rude when you question things. Now they have there phone off the hook so it doesn’t ring. Because they know there incompetent."
"For YEARS now it has been touch and go trying to get $1.00 and 10 cent stamps from this location for the law firm that I work for. I am always told that either they are out (and have been ordered), or that they are in the safe and whoever runs this office is not there to get them out. So I am used to the run around. Whoever is running this branch is grossly incompetent if they can't do something as simple as keeping stamps in stock and available for sale. Normally the desk staff are polite and I have no complaints about them. They aren't in charge of stocking the postage, so they are not to blame. Today, however, the girl waiting on me at the counter went to the back to see if she could get me some kind of answer as to when they would have $1.00 stamps, and the suggestion from someone in the back was that I should go to a different post office. Really?? Yes, I should definitely have to drive 15-20 minutes OUTSIDE of the city that our office is located because the postmaster for the ONLY post office in that city (and whoever was working in the back and made the suggestion in the first place, but wasn't brave enough to walk out and suggest it in person) is inept. We'll be ordering our postage online from now on, and shipping larger packages through UPS."
