"Ordered 6 pieces of chicken tenders charged us 14.00 no we could get a family meal for 12.99. Took us 30 minutes to get this fixed and our mone back. The manager was so very rude that we will never go back again. Maybe now you know why nobody wants to work if your treated like this."

"I ordered 4 pot pies got to window and was told my order was given to car in front of me but they have 3 I said well I need 4 and the lady at window they had more in oven at first I was going to wait I paid for it and then I am guessing it was Manger in background seems she had mad at the world and I was a bother to them. I asked for my money back and I go somewhere else the lady I think is the Manger cuz she had name tag so I am not sure looked at me did u pay for cash or card I said cash and u were behind your worker when she took the money. She gave me the money back and slammed the window shut. Which this wasn't my fault when they gave my order to the car in front of me don't blame me for your mess up"

"Went through the drive through today. The lady on the speaker told me to look at the menu and she would come back to me. When she came back on the speaker I started my order and 2 items in and she said sir you'll have to give me a few seconds. So I waited again. When she came back on the speaker again I asked if she wanted me to start over and she said yes. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and large fry. She said sir we are out of chicken fillers. You'll never get me to understand how KFC runs out of chicken at lunchtime 12:30. We left and went to burger King to get chicken sandwiches. We drove across the street near pa's produce stand facing KFC to eat our meal. While sitting in our vehicle saw 3 KFC employees come outside the front door together for a group smoke break. No wonder there's no chicken ready to eat. 9/15/2023"
