"A few weeks ago we had our order come up wrong. And, after numerous calls I was finally able to speak the the shift manager. We ordered a thin pizza and got a pan (whick went through the call center) (most of them barely speak English). Anyway the shift manager said he would fix it for us but we had to do it that night. I explained that we lived 30 minutes away and after much conversation he said he would comp us a pizza. (We also paid more for a pan pizza). Nevertheless, tonight we went to the store and the shift manager wasn't there. But, his boss was. He said he would make it right, (of which, they normally do not do). So with much gratitude we will return to this store. And, we thank them for an excellent pizza."
"I ordered food for delivery. Everything went through, they took off my 150 points hut reward. After about 25 minutes I received an email stating my order did not go through,(no mozzarella sticks) but they kept my hut rewards. I called the number, it was a call center, no help. Sorry about your luck. They instructed me to call store. I did. Same answer and said I would have to order their, I can't use my points and that I lost myb150 points I tried t order the first time! No more pizza hut for me!!!!!"
