Rene reviewed our design drafts and said that her inhouse designer would clean it up and we could move forward. She gave me a quote which I was satisfied with. All in all I was very pleased with the experience thus far. There have been comments regardign the shirts, related to shrinkage and durability, that is a good question, so I will ask. As for the quality of the design and print, no negative comments."

"I placed an order for a total of about 37 dollars. Two days later I got a call from a representative saying that the prices shown on the website are not really the prices they charge and my total is about 50 dollars. I agreed. However after two weeks I found that there was no any progress done with my order, and I called them to ask what's going on. The person on the phone, instead of explaining the procedure, started arguing. Obviously I was not pleased. I asked to to remove everything from my order except for one tank. That tank top is still listed on the website with a price of 11.98 dollars, and it is 14.17 on my receipt. A week later when it was done, it turned out they still charged me 52.73 dollars, having applied some retail setup fee (not sure what it means). Paying 50 bucks for a 12 dollar shirt, even with a print, is a ripoff. OVERALL, the product is fine (haven't put to laundry yet). However, beware of inaccurate prices on the website, hidden charges, and good luck if you are unhappy and need to talk to customer service."
