After over 3 hours of drive time over multiple days, and 6+ hours on the phone. They asked me to go back to the store 25 minutes away again to get my refund. Avoid ordering online if you can."

"Ordered an item online, it came, wasn't the right item. Had to fight tooth and nail to return it. Every conceivable measure was taken to give me anything but my hard earned money in return. Interesting how they can take your money in 0.2 seconds no problem, but if they messed up and you'd like your money back it's the world's greatest endeavor to do so. Also, if I'm paying $70 for a pair of shorts, at least give me the pair I ask for. Right? I finally was able to return it at Franklin park fortunately. But if they don't have your preferred item in stock, just go order it yourself online. Beware!!"
