"I was looking for a king size mattress, I just happened to find American freight in Holland. The prices were great but what was even better was Kimbo at the Holland store! He was helpful, but not pushy. This man made several phone calls on our behalf (they didn't have the one we liked in stock) he called 3 or 4 different stores. He went above and beyond and even sent us to the store up the road when he discovered they had a few more king sizes. Definitely keep a worker like him around he was an excellent ambassador for your company. I'll go back just because of him!"
