"It was a great experience. Went in, found the washer, paid, set up the delivery, and left within 5 minutes. They delivered it (the next morning) when they said they would. I have an old house built in 1921. Getting large items in and out is complicated...at best. They brought it in with very little issues. You could tell they have done this a time or two.
