"I actually have been there twice and have never walked around their store! I went to find prop and than again a belt for my boat. Both times they were not able to serve me but gave me places i could call. So I'll say they don't sell anything for a Carver Montego! Workers have always been helpful thou!!!! Maybe 1 day i can stroll the store. I did see numerous things just for general boating purposes etc."

"Stay away from this location. Uneducated employees that do not know the store policies and price matching competitors. Take your money elsewhere. Needed a part for my boat asked associate if it would apply he was uncertain looked it up in the catalog, I purchased another product and shared with him amazons pricing (which west marine matches) he advised me he wouldn’t do it because he had to look up in his catalog? I was at a loss for words because I’ve never experienced this at any other west marine establishment. Jim should get some extra training in customer service and people skills."

"This is a great shop for all of your Marine needs. They offer many accessories for boats as well as small watercraft like kayaks and paddleboards. I was able to go into the store and find exactly what I needed with the help of the sales associate. All pricing is clearly visible and everything is well marked. I will certainly return to this location for any future needs."
