"went during business hours a few days ago (3pm). Said was open online. Arrived to find a closed gate that said "Yes we are open, use other door". we found 2 additional entrances. The outside door and another door on the inside of the mall, both closed and locked. Called the store, no answer. I have no issue with a store being closed during normal business hours, atleast take your sign down saying that you're open if you're closed."

"Just called to try and see if they could look up a purchase for me so that I could return a jacket I no longer needed. The lady I spoke to was nice, but she didn't ask for my information so that SHE could call me back tomorrow. Told me I needed to call back. Corporate needs to give these employees and stores a better computer system."
"While it may seem a little pricey you get a great quality product that you know is going to last. My son found a pair of shoes he needed a really good pair of non slip & found them here. He's very happy with his purchase. Store is clean, well organized & was not busy. Staff is friendly & helpful."
"I'm changing my review because they finally restocked their black soft sole work shoes. I like my new Sketchers as I work in a office and my feet no longer hurt. I feel I made a good choice and I am grateful you restocked the size I needed (men's 9). There was only one left and I got it so you may need to reorder some more. This is a great store and I'm glad you are open and providing a good, yet valuable service to the public. I WILL be back for more good quality stuff that you carry.
