Reviews
"Awful service, majority of the drivers are rude as hell, never answering any questions without an attitude. Called customer service, they confirm where the buses are supposed to stop and pick me up, just for that to be half the information I needed. Had a driver stare me in the eye while moving just to take his hands off the wheel to shrug at me when I hailed it. Awful service. 0/10 You're better off just walking"
"5463 bus i asked bus driver at the bus stop down town and her response im on the phone she wasn't even talking yet I asked when Bechtel ave bus was coming i feel she was being rudeim a customer that rides fremantle bus driver on 5455 is a great guy thank you for the ride"
"It'd be nice to know when the buses aren't running on days they're supposed to be. I waited outside for 10 minutes and checked the schedule and it said nothing about them not running today."
"Some bus drivers very helpful and answer new rider's questions and others snap at rider's when asked for information. Some race down the street and slam on the brakes throwing us. Maps are not easy to read when not familiar with town. It's either freezing or hot on buses. Not enough sins for stops so we don't have to guess where all the stops are possible"
