Donatos Pizza

"Would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered 30 boneless wings, which is listed as “party size” on the app. Paid $25 & received basically popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce on it. Many of the pieces weren’t even bigger than a quarter. Some were even smaller. Called the restaurant & asked for them to remake it, manager said they would only remake half the order & couldn’t guarantee the size would be any different, not even worth it for me to leave my house again to pick it up."

"Well well I went on a Friday night ,first I called to order a pizza and the person I talked to has not the greatest....I couldn't under stand her. I got my pizza and a bottle pepsi Pepsi was hot and pizza undercooked and to say the person at the register was young and not to impressive. So no I will not get another pizza from these guys again ......sorry but I said what I said"

"Called to order for pick up. 20 minutes later, they had "lost" our order. My husband went inside to place order again. Pizzas done, but they got it wrong. Over an hour later, we're dining on overcooked pizza! Will be awhile before we get Donato's again!!"

"Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn't go inside but the back area of the drive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Good flavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall."

"I don't recommend this place. I paid $32.00 for this burnt mess. Will never order from here again. Plus the food was cold upon arrival after an hour of waiting. This is seriously ridiculous. Edit Chrissy rectified the situation and was very professional to me and the situation. I understand times are hard with COVID19 and staff shortages. I will update this review to 5 stars."
