"We scheduled Cole (we know of his family) to deliver water at a certain scheduled time as Watsons was putting in a new liner & needed him right at 4pm which he reassured us would not be an issue. He didn’t show up & when we called 30 minutes later he said he would be here within the hour. We reassured Watsons contractors that he said he would come within the hour & asked them to be patient as he is a fairly new contractor & they said they would. An hour later still no show & we called again. He was rude & told us he would not be coming. Told us to find someone else."
