Panda Express

"I have extensive "experience" with Panda Express. Ate it all the time in another state. I was super excited for it to come to Springfield. . . With that being said there needs to be some serious quality control done. Whatever corporate person that makes sure that the food and portions are correct must have left because whoa. 1. Noodles and rice have zero flavor. 2. Portions are tiny. 3. Food is old. 4. Restaurant is dirty. My husband and I both agreed last night that it was not good, and from now on we'll be going back to our normal Chinese place."

"Very disappointed!!! I've been here 3 separate times gotten the same order every time and paid 3 different prices every time. The first 2 times I went through the drive through. So I figured I'd walk in and get it instead. Not trying to be funny but if you cannot speak fluent English. You shouldn't be taking orders if you can't understand fluent English. You should not be taking orders if other team members have to jump in to help you. How was that productive. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with helping someone out and if you can't speak fluent English. I'll be the first to help someone. However, being a new restaurant, you need to have employees that are able to understand. There should be no communication barrier. The Latino lady who took my order should have been working in the back. Not the cash register in the front. And I only say this because there's a communication barrier. But I don't know who the manager on this shift was. But that person needs to be demoted."

"Great new store! Experience was great came in to warm welcome store, nice holiday music playing, smell of food was amazing! Ordered plate fried rice, orange sesame chicken, and grilled teriyaki chicken. As well as crab Rangoon, all food was fresh and hot and served with kindness from the employee working. Will definitely enjoy coming back here again! Recommend trying it out if you haven't! Teriyaki chicken was amazing!"

"It's Panda Express, either you like their food or you don't. I personally thought the food was just okay, but that's not any fault of the workers. If you want authentic Chinese, go to Hung Lung right down the road. If you want the "American Chinese" that Panda Express sells, you'll get exactly what you're looking for here. Service was excellent, and the line moved quickly. I'll definitely be back!"
