"Update, Melissa called me to make it right and helped me by extending a payment and helping me for the month. This is great seeing as its so close to Christmas. She stated she didn't know about this situation. I appreciated her for helping me with this! They'll ultimately screw you first chance they get. Had to change my insurance company and ended getting charged $75 dollars because the lein holder was put it wrong by the insurance company. Refused to work with me without adding late fees nor would they break up the payment to something manageable. They don't care about people, and treat you like your dirt Second car I've bought from them, I've never missed a payment and this is what I get. Sad how greedy they are."

"This is the most disgusting greedy, rude and disrespectful company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I hate calling because every single person that works in that office needs updated training on customer relations. It's difficult to receive any sort of straightforward answers, and they are quick to set you back before they've been given all the information. I've had them shut down my car twice before realizing that I've actually made my payments and they made the mistake. I've been making steady payments for over a year, and yet they are still unrelenting when I need a small break and a few days extension to make a current payment. At the end of the day, it's not about us as individuals, we are all dollar signs- and untrustworthy ones at that. Wish there were someone with sense and grace to talk to, but again every single person that I've spoken with in that office has been incredibly nasty and rude. IF YOU CAN HELP IT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
