"Had a safe ride and 20% cheaper than uber. On time pickup. When there was issues with the credit card reader, the driver and management provided great customer service and they were proactive to ensure my issue was resolved. Would definitely use their services again!"

"This car tried to run me off the road on Chagrin Blvd when they were in a right turn only lane and swerved into my lane (which went straight). They had speed up to try to cut off another car but were unsuccessful then swerved in front of my car. I had to swerve to avoid their back bummer, almost causing me to crash. Absolutely unacceptable driving."

"Unacceptable service. I work at a hospital. Guest asked me to book them a taxi, it was extremely hard to book with Ace due to them having an automated voice service. After I was finally able to speak with a human representative she told me that it would be an 45 minutes to an hour at the latest. The guest were okay with waiting that long, after an hour they were concerned. I called Ace and to my surprise they cancelled this guests ride without making us aware. I was then told that a driver can be there in 5 minutes, guest ended up waiting 30 more minutes for a ride, in which it never came and I had to get them an Uber."
