Our live agents are available for scheduling online or through the app from 10:30am to 8:00pm EST. If you need a ride between 8:30pm and 10:30am, be sure to schedule ahead of time.
We have a 50% refund policy for all cancellations and missed rides, up to $15. For rides over $30, an additional 5% is due to cover credit card fees. By scheduling with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Unlike ride share services that surge prices at peak times, we offer the same price per mile at any time of the day.
