"Floyd was the mechanic working on my truck. He was suppose to replace the back corner panel, do suspensions and wheel alignment. Total $6500. He took all 3 insurance checks, CASHED THEM and left state. He left it with another mechanic saying he was going to pay and was suppose to pay for my rental. HE DIDNT DO OR PAY ANYTHING! Now I have no truck (sitting in mechanic yard taking apart) I lost my job and children can’t get to school. Smdh"

He kept me in the loop throughout the process and finished well before the insurance promised date.
