"We want a refund! We took our vehicle to this guy, Ken, to get it fixed and in hopes of it running smoothly. We spent a lot of money on our vehicle for the parts and the labor. He took his time getting the car fixed and he did not fix everything, he ran a diagnostic and missed a whole bunch of stuff. The car still makes loud noises and we still have a lot of our sensors on due to the shabby work he did. GuaranteebWe are grateful for the work he attempted to do on the vehicle, but if you cannot do he job just say that. He would say one thing and then turn around and do something else or change his mind. He lied a couple of times too about certain things. I will look at the paper that was given to me to see what he "fixed" and if those are some of the same problems that is wrong with our vehicle this time around, then I will be asking for our money back for the things he claimed to have fixed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Also, he is not in the shop when it opens, he arrives at 12pm. He also add things to the vehicle without letting you know he is doing it and without your permission."
