"Printable Coupons DO NOT work. They get you to print them off and try to use. Only when you try to check out at the store, you find out they are not good even though it's before the expiration date. Guess this is another way for P&G to make money by running a SCAM to sell products. What do you have to say SCAMMERS?"
"worst customer service ever even by supervisors. I have been trying to get a rebate resolved for months. I had a supervisor advise me that I am getting angry over $10. I am getting angry over $50. I would not have bought the product had it not been for the rebate. I am consistently getting the runaround and now past the window of time to return the product because no one at P&G knows how to follow their term and conditions on their rebates. The supervisor agreed with me. But, didn't like that I would interrupt her about my frustration and try to advise what had been going on. The rewards program is a joke too. No phone number for customer service and the chat is a robot that is of no assistance. Bad job P&G"
"Today was a serious blow to me. I suffer from what’s called C-PTSD, and I did something way out of my comfort zone today, to keep my last promise to my best friend, and someone close enough I called brother. Common misconception is all who have PTSD are angry people waiting to explode. That’s just not the case. My personal experience with PTSD is reclusive. Human interaction petrifies me, or makes me anxious in most cases. Because of this, I stay at home 98% of the time. I say all this to say, as a 100% disabled American, I barely get by, and it was worth it to me to starve myself for the last two months, for an opportunity to have just 2 min talking to anyone. Now before you ask yourself out loud “Well did you call and set something up?”, the answer is yes. On multiple occasions we were told if we were willing to drive across the country to P&G HQ (OK-OH) we would be given the time of day. My friend took his life a few months ago. He was one of the few people who believed in me. One of the few people who saw my brain as beautiful, and not of destruction or anger. I promised him I would one day walk in the building with him, and face my demon to help others with theirs. So I saved enough to drive from OK to OH in a rental, and was off. I knew time wouldn’t be on my side not to mention it would be just me driving, but I made it. The ambiance as you walk in definitely grabs one’s attention, and it grabbed mine long enough to look silly starring at the lobby and its well designed architecture. Maybe that was the reason the desk personal wasn’t too excited to help me. Or maybe it was my outfit he didn’t appreciate. Either way, as a first representation of a company, even without a disability, no human would have enjoyed that interaction. I wished the man a happy early Veteran's Day because of the pin I noticed and barely got a shoulder shrug and chuckle. Less than 5 minutes after being asked to take a seat, the beautiful building was quickly darkened when I was approached by a lady, with very little regard to people with disabilities. I couldn’t talk or even gather a thought because how negative her body language was from the start. I tried to gather my thoughts, and explained again that I just drove nearly 1000 miles, 14.5 hours here, which I was told I could do, to simple share an invention that would help people just like me. She didn’t want a thing to do with me. Like I was a bother to her day. An insect. I was told no one could help me. No one. Not even a thank you for driving out here or a we are sorry for our part in the situation. If you read this much, just know my presentation would have been wrapped up with a handshake 3 times over by now. Big companies like P&G talk a big game using one liners such as “Improve the lives of our customers.” Well I want to let you know P&G that today you failed your customer. A loyal customer. You mislead your customer. If there is a company who wants to help with a serious problem people such as myself suffer with daily, by simply listening to the problem, hearing my solution, and at least give me the time of day, please reach out."
"We have been true to Proctor and Gamble for many years. We recently bought Bounty Essential paper towels. This is the worst paper towels I have ever used. So thin. I have bought super cheap paper towels that were better than this. Barely better than a sheet of toilet paper. Whatever you do, don't buy these Bounty Essential paper towels. I doubt I will ever buy Bounty brand again after this. Shame on you."
"I got a new toothbrush today produced by the Oral-B company as opposed to my usually preferred Colgate brush. The stem on the oral B brush is a bit thinner than I'm used to on the Colgate brush but I think I'll get used to the new ergonomics quickly. Big fan of the medium bristle strength and angular bristle design. Soft, flat bristles are useless, like scrubbing a frying pan with wet paper towel. Thanks to the team at Oral-B and the whole Procter & Gamble family, my teeth feel the cleanest they've been in months."
