"Been going here for over 30 years. The customer service has really gone downhill. You have to call a number when you get there only to be talked to rudely, then told to go stand by the dumpster. Where they leave you standing for 20 minutes in the cold. That's the best they could come up with, go wait by the dumpster. Cmon DSI. Get it together. Covid is gone. Open the office up and talk face to face so yall aren't so rude."

"The worst customer service. Felt like they were doing me a favor. First time at the store to pick up. I was walking through the dock door. Noone would answer the phone.. The guy on the forklift yelled and very angry. He was a Punk. Told me to go call. I told I did try. He said try again. So I did. He answered the phone. It's so ridiculous. If I was younger I would've pulled him off the forklift. Then just dealt with him."

"Really great sales and customer service experience. People in the warehouse are extremely nice and helpful. The birch plywood I picked up is extremely nice and high quality. Highly recommend giving DSI a call and seeing their pricing."
