"I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am a bit ashamed to admit that I make so many of my purchases on Amazon, but I simply hate to shop. These guys at FF Hardware are always very helpful and very fair. I consider them incredibly customer oriented. I saw one review where someone referenced talking to a 'kid' who worked there..... and it sounds like they might not have gotten the greatest service.. I would recommend seeking out Tom or one of the owners and can guarantee you that you will be well-cared-for at this local small business. Don't give all of your business to the big Box stores..... stop in here and do business with an organization that still believes in service"
