"Fastenal delivers to my work. Shotty and overpriced products. Their vending machines do exactly what a shelf does except it uses electricity and you need to lease it. Can't even keep gloves or other consumables in stock in the vending machine. Don't waste your time with them."

"Don't bother unless you are a business that likes to overpay. I was told it is company policy to "not waste their time asking for custom order pricing" unless i had and account. Counter sales person was way too cocky for a nut and bolt peddler. I have had great experiences with Fastenal for years. This location is the exception. Drive twice the distance to go to another branch that has a grasp on customer service."
