"We were initially very pleased with our driveway, garage, patio, and sidewalk work. However, within a year of the project, we noticed a place at the end of the driveway that was not leveled completely and there is standing water every time it rains and snows. I sent several emails and was told that I was "on the schedule" but never heard back from anyone. It has now been two years and no one has ever contacted me to come set up a time to come out to fix the problem."

"I had my driveway replaced one year ago. I now have cracks in the concrete. I have not used any deicing chemicals as instructed. I am very displeased with the outcome. I will say that the staff was friendly and they completed the job in a timely matter but I cannot afford to replace concrete after one year."
