"A friend and I went shopping there Thursday because they carry air fresheners I cannot find anywhere else. I bought 24 of them, I placed 6 each in four boxes and picked up a few more items (cart wasn’t close to being full). By the time we got in line there were three to four people in front of us (only one register available). Soon as I walked up the cashier asked the lady could she ring up my items. The lady bagging looked slightly uncomfortable. I started to walk out but I really wanted the air fresheners. I’m standing there confused as well. Then it hit me while she was bagging my items and I would reach for the bag she would snatch her hand back quick. Yes I’m black but I wasn’t rude or disrespectful in any way. I paid but as we were leaving out the “bagger” immediately went back to the register. I contacted support and the excuse they offered was even worse than the situation!! Needless to say, Ollies will Never get another penny from me!!!"

"I don't shop at Ollie's often, but it is my go to location for any of my carpet needs. Every couple years I need new carpets and leave the store with so much more. Between visits I forget just how many fantastic deals can be had there. Best quality budget deals "ANYWHERE""

"Purchased carpet at Ollie's today. Asked a worker what we needed to do to pay for the carpet. They said we needed to write down the UPC code and bring it to the register. I'm 5 feet tall and of course the UPC code was at least a foot above my head. Finally got the code, paid for it then had to find someone else to mark carpet sold. The staff was very nice and I got to use my discount on my purchase. It would be nice if they had a sticker on those huge carpet rolls that you could just remove and pull off to pay at the register instead of running back and forth."
