They were realistic with which repairs were needed done soon, versus which are low priority, rather than just quoting me for the whole thing. They heard my stress and didn’t try to take advantage. "If I could give negative stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received over the last few days. It took me, someone who has absolutely no plumbing experience, 5 minutes to trace the line to find the obvious problem we were having and had a friend who is a plumber simply cap a pipe to fix our issue. When your company told us we needed to replace all our pipes from the meter to our hot water tank as “this house is old” which wouldn’t have even fixed the problem because the issue was passed the hot water tank! The incompetence of your company, caused undue stress on my family after a big move, and left us with nowhere to go and no heat with a toddler. Having to all be cuddled infront of a space heater to sleep in a house that was 50 degrees last night. And if we would have listened to you, we would STILL be sleeping in a freezing house until Monday or Tuesday until your different team could come out? Really? A five minute fix that 2 plumbers on 2 different days couldn’t fix. I think you need to re-evaluate your employees and the process in which you handle your business because this is laughable."

"Thank you McPhillips team for getting our furnace working when it broke down on one of the coldest days of the year. The dispatcher Diane, immediately called a service rep to my rental house when I called saying my furnace has gone down. It was 12 degrees outside. Within a few hours Ernie was working to replace the motor. In addition to the motor, the circuit board was fried. Ruben tag teamed the effort. They worked continuously for hours until the heat was back up and running. It was a scary moment as the house dropped to 43 degrees. Thank you McPhillips!! A true life saver."

"So I have not have heat for the last three days. The first guy who came to work on it and made it work then and half an hour later was not working again . Then he said he was going to come early in the morning again because he could not come back the day he came originally and he showed up at 6 pm the next day. After two hours of checking outside and inside the house told me that I have high levels of CO2 and he said you need a new furnace. Which is so expensive nowadays. Fortunately, I know this company. Thanks to @almost_my_last_photo and he sent me his technicians to Look over it and decided that I did not need a new furnace. All I needed to do was to move my grill away from the exhaust. My stupidity due to ignorance; however, the first technician saw the grill moved it and put it back on the exhaust . Goodness what a week I’ve had. I truly recommend, the Mcphillips plumbing and heating company for any of your HVAC and plumbing needs! #they are knowledgeable, fast and honest !"

Pat was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service was performed quickly so there was very little interruption in our heating. We recently moved into this older home and previously used McPhillips two other times, both with outstanding results. We highly recommend their service."
