"They diagnosed our burner as working properly. It doesnt--works but has a mind of its own,suddenly heating etc. . We called to replace the switch, but they never called back. We called at the end of the summer again and very rudely were told there was no warranty. Of course there wasn't because there had been no repair, we were calling to replace the switch, which they said would be $250+- less the service call they already made . They hung up. Too used to defending themselves,even when there is nothing to defend!?"
