He tried to tell me what to do but I couldn't get it open to do what he was telling me. His crew was on their way to another job the following morning, they stopped by and fixed it in a matter of minutes. A great big Thank You is in order. Very nice people to do business with. "While someone came out the same day to measure my broken window, it’s been over a week since and I never received the quote. I called back a few days later and said I’d have be emailed. Never got a response and called Seeger. They came out right away and were happy to replace the glass."

"I had a my French door window replaced. The employee they sent arrived on time was professional and well mannered. That's saying alot these days. He replaced the window, vacuumed up all the debris and took all garbage with him. The price quoted was the price I paid and was comparable to the other company's I called. They had the window in stock so I didnt have to wait 3-4 weeks for it to be delivered before they could install it."

I came to Google to get their contact info and was surprised at some of the reviews as it didn't seem like the same company I saw work on a large commercial property. A property I use those same Glass doors everyday while at work. The quality is superb, sleek and with sophisticated style. My husband and I decided to hire them for a shower door installation. They stayed true to their appointment, set expectations for a price quote as well as an ETA for installation . Economy Glass and Window was very afforable, and arrived promptly on time . I was even impressed that the installer cleaned up after himself. He was thorough and focused on the task at hand. The end result was better than I anticipated after choosing our door options. I had zero issues as were described in other reviews. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy. We will definitely use them again."

"We contracted with them to have a large mirror, 2 medicine cabinet doors, and a shower door replaced. The first difficulty was in getting the quotes, they seemed very busy. When the large mirror was installed I noticed immediately that it was shorter than the space where it was installed. Chris told me that he made it shorter so that they would be able to install it without damaging the mirror or tile. I found that explanation to be inadequate and my price was adjusted. However, the gaps on either side are still noticeable. Our second issue is with the shower door. Where the two sides of the frame are mitered together, there is a small gap. I contacted the shop on December 2, and have not heard back from them. I am very pleased with the quality of the mirrors and door, but not with the customer service."
