Even though they arrived a couple hours later than initially anticipated, it did not detract from the quality of their service. When it came to unclogging the kitchen drain, I initially considered the cost to be on the higher side. However, seeing their efficiency and the results, I believe it was worth every penny in Cincinnati."

"Mike G. took his time and let me know of an dilemma with a toilet that had been installed by the previous do-it-yourself owner where a flange was missing. We were lucky we never had a leak onto into the condo unit below us. He installed the toilet the correct way, never "complaining" about the extra time. Of course we ended up paying more for the additional time and part but at least we know that was done with no short cuts. We will be having some additional job done on a faucet fixture & will request Mike for all our plumbing job if he is available. So nice to find hard-working, reliable professionals!"
