When my hard drive failed, I was able to drop off the laptop on the same day, he diagnosed the problem the next day, and he kept me updated throughout the repair process. He installed a new hard drive and kept the old one in as a second drive, so I was able to get all my data back. Would definitely recommend him to friends!"
