"Nature trails were beautiful and very quiet, serene and lovely weather. Theres so many leaves around and theyre the perfect mixture of soft and crunchy! HOWEVER, im appalled by the staff member that was working this afternoon. It was my first time walking around this place. As i was looking around, I saw a bench i decided to rest on before i continued exploring the woods. There was a man fishing by the pond nearby so i figured this was a spot to relax a little. Not even a couple minutes into settling down and closing my eyes on the bench, had this woman come out the building and seemed to be on the phone. She was looking at me so i looked at her back, and it turned out she was describing my clothes over the phone, like some kind of creep! I was really confused, until i realised she was attempting to call the cops on me like im a tresspassing homeless person. I read the sign by the benches describing the rules here, and it said open from dawn till dusk. Mind you, it was 12pm. I decided to relax more anyways because she didn't bother the gentleman on the pond nor the people stopping by on the road. I work with homeless people for a living and i find it incredibly disgusting to have an employee at a nature preserve behave this way. As she left she was loudly complaining about my presence and pointing me out to another individual. What is the point of nature if you cant even literally sit down and mind your own business? Anyways, be wary of the employees here. They wont even talk to you and jump to escalating a non situation."

"I love this park man. It's so pretty and has so many beautiful trees. It's small but densly packed with lush flora and a lot of adorable fauna. Zards, manders, and cute assortments of critters everywhere."
"Great location for a nature center. They have nice exhibits here and a cool old planetarium. Lots of kids summer camps to go to and is very accessible to the neighborhood."
"Burnet woods is a wonderful park for taking the dog on trail hikes, playing frisbee golf, fishing in the free stock pond, and multitudes of other activities."
