"Ordered ahead to get my food when I arrived. Was greeted and told my food was in the oven. 22 minutes later, I'm told my pizzas were not even put in the oven. Smgdh. Offered a bottle of pop while I wait. Nothing I drink is available. Do not recommend. Highly disappointed. I won't be back to that location. Do better."

"DO NOT GET DELIVERY. This is the 3rd time I've had my drinks not delivered, and they will not give you a refund. They'll just give you store credit, which is useless since I'm not ordering from this place again. Now delivery is almost always through DoorDash, so by the time you get your food it'll be cold. Don't order from here unless you want to waste your money."

"I requested delivery and the driver Aaron stated he delivered my order. He did not so I called the store and they stated they would remake it but it would be a long wait. If your driver can't deliver food to a location thats 5 mins away from your store he shouldn't be a delivery driver. I asked if the wait would be on the food to be made or for the delivery. He said the delivery. I said i will come get it just refund me the delivery fee. You can keep the tip. Got to the store got to the register. I'm explaining to the guy at the register what was said on the phone. He saidn"I don't know nothing about all that." Ok genius then get somebody that does clearly you're not handling the register and the phone so go get management instead of telling me what you dont know. He called a manager over after I requested and the manager was nice and apologetic. He said the delivery fee would be refunded. I order right off their website so i don't know if their using their own drivers or door dash whoever they are using they need to rethink their service. The driver didn't even try and deliver my food he just straight up stole it. The manager saved them from getting a 1 star. Don't waste your time and money on delivery just pick it up yourself if you can."

"My order was just right. I ordered a make your own pizza with cheese stuffed crust, and the twix dessert. While I appreciate Jennie calling to let me know they cannot deliver to my area after dark (Clovernook in Mt Healthy), I was hoping to have the tip I had prepaid to be refunded. Will I order again, probably. At least I know now to go and just pick it up. Have a great day everyone."

"Garlic bread pizza looks way better than what you get, you could only taste the garlic a little here and there. Pizza order was done really fast and staff was really friend."
