"This building is total trash, kids always running around banging on doors, place smells like weed all the time, the matainence people have no clue what they are doing, and never fix anything. Old people sit in the lobby and harass people leaving and entering the building, horrible roach problem. Stay away from this building."
"I have been living here since 2018 and the rent has skyrocketed over 75%, I just resigned a lease not knowing that they accept section 8 now but of course when you ask the management they tell you over and over again that's not true but clearly they do have section 8. We pay for water sewage gas pest control garbage control which we all know garbage is a joke because if you look out your window or go outside there's always garbage everywhere I mean everywhere the pets are disgusting people don't clean up behind their pets the elevators don't work the carpet in every hallway and the foyers are trash you can say you'll contact us and you'll get it taken care of but I've been here over 5 years and I'm still experiencing the same chaos that I experienced five years ago. Sad to say there's not a lot of places that offer the space that I am so fortunate to have in a two bedroom but I am out of here as soon as my lease is up next year there's just no way I can stay at a section 8 property(when I pay over $1200) that explains the level of tenants the children running around all day all night doesn't matter how many times you call management or the police, there is no resolution I have been asking them to clean the carpets in the hallways and in the foyers for 2 years and I'm still waiting and clearly they don't seem to have a problem with dirty musty smelly carpets so you don't always get what you pay for. It would be nice if people cared about where they live they just don't nor do the property owners because if they truly did they would be doing their due diligence to make sure that we got our money's worth."
""I have been living here for almost two years now. The staff is helpful and responsive to my requests, but there are several problems that need to be addressed. Firstly, the carpet in the atrium of Building One is in terrible condition and emits a foul odor. It hasn't been cleaned in a year. Secondly, the elevator breaks down frequently, causing inconvenience. Thirdly, the rent has increased every year. Initially, the building was well-maintained and clean, but now it's getting dirtier day by day, and the management doesn't seem to care. Due to these issues, I have decided to move out after two years of living here.""
"The leasing office did not bother to tell me that the apartment I just moved into had a roach problem. When i finished moving everything in and found one they offered to move me to another apt but whose to say the next won’t have the same issue? They have exterminators coming every Tuesday & have bait out. I am so upset about this seeing how I’ve only been here a week or two and found them the first day I moved in. I paid all kinds of money to move in and it’s not even worth it to be honest. The apt its self is outdated and some of the things don’t work. & maintenance apparently is slow because they only have one person. The building needs a huge deep cleaning done. The hallways carpets are trashed and dirty. Washing machines leak water into the hallway by the stairs and Elevator. Someone has stolen one of my packages. The evevator doesn’t work half the time. The stair well has trash laying around empty cans and alcohol bottles…. $1200 to live like section 8 housing. I’m more than likely going to be breaking my lease early I’m not sure how long I can handle living in a place like this especially because I have 3 kids and two have a disability. This is just ridiculous."
"The room and enviroment wasn't bad. I gave it a 1 star review because of the predatory lease contract. I applied for a lease here because it was the only place offering a 3 month lease and I needed a place quick and temporary. I know this sounds obvious but READ EVERY SINGLE LINE AND DETAIL IN THE CONTRACT. They require you to give them a 2 MONTH MOVE OUT NOTICE on a 3 MONTH LEASE. Worst of all, there was no notification of any sorts to remind me of that. Obviously I failed to notify them 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE and now I have several thousands of dollars in fees and charges. None of this was described to me when I signed. Never leasing back here again"
