"Brian from maintenance did an outstanding job putting in our new high riser toilet he was very professional and he made sure he cleaned up after himself. When he was finished he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I asked him if he could look at the one blind in my bedroom it would not open properly he saw the problem and took care of it as well. Big creek apartments crew does an amazing job to make sure things get done in a timely manner. Thanks for making my home a happy place to live."

"I been living here at Big creek in the townhomes for about a good year. I could say i would definitely recommend living here. Quite, clean and peaceful. I was kind of Nervous about renewing the lease because i thought the rent was going to raise pretty high but the new rent rate was actually very reasonable. I only give 4 starts because maintenance sometimes do take a little bit longer than expected to fix certain issues and and sometimes you have to call the office a few times in a row before someone answers. Overall very good place to stay."

"My objective when moving here was to find a decent, spacious place without a lot of unnecessary amenities at an economical price and that is what I found. I pay my rent on time and although maintenance is sometimes busy they have always eventually come around to fix all my non-emergency work orders. It's a good arrangement. If the rent stays steady, I could foresee myself being here potentially for quite some time. I do not care for the fact that they have only one trash compressor as my previous residence had trash bins distributed everywhere, but it works well enough and you can't expect everything without paying exorbitant rent so it's acceptable."

"Lived here for a year and it was completely miserable! Nothing was fixed, very loud neighbors and for being in a townhouse you'd think it'll be quieter! Now they are holding my security deposit more then the state allows! After painting for two days and also deep cleaning they are also not giving me a full deposit back!! DONT LIVE HERE it's just a run around"

"Great place to live! Is super calm and quiet here. I've been renting here for maybe 7 years now? And the rental rates are always reasonable. I've had several emergency maintenance issues while living here, and they are always handled quickly. My outdoor AC unit died one time. And it was the summer. Maintenance bought new industrial fans from Home Depot to help while I waited for a new AC unit. Believe they put it in the next day. Also! Mr fridge died at like 2am one day, and I had a new fridge by early morning. They really do try hard here."
