"I MET DECEMBER 29, 2023 THE MANAGER SHE'S A WONDERFUL AND EXTRAORDINARY HUMAN BEING, THATS THE WAY I FELT WHEN I TLK WITH BEVERLY (THE MANAGER) ALSO VERY CONFIDENT AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FEEL WHEN YOU HAVE DON'T HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN RENTAL, AND EVEN MORE WHEN YOU LIKED YOUR APARTMENT AT OAKS APARTMENT'S (COOPER FOSTER) AND YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE BECAUSE WAS CONTAMINATED WITH MOLD... AND FEEL SICK AND SICK, I LIVED ALMOST 3 YEARS THERE, I DON'T LIKE TO MOVE, BUT I DIDN'T HAD OTHER ANY CHOOSE, GOD LONG TIME HAVEN'T TALK WITH SOMEONE LIKE THAT, CARE ABOUT YOU, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WOMEN (BEVERLY) !!!"

"I’ve lived on the property ab 2 years (2 different occasions). I love the environment and the community that the landlord is trying to make between the buildings. Very clean apartments with quiet neighbors who for the mind their own. They’ve made a lot of changes to the apartments over the time I’ve been with tower regency, trying to make the place nicer always! Love living on the property, affordable housing for low income families with very spacious apartments! Have heard that Rent pricing might be changing tho not so happy about but, over all great place for a starter home! Have even recommended a few friends to move in on property!"

"Beverly is doing a great job with the place since I first came to Lorain 4 years ago . Recently came back to Lorain and I was pleasantly surprised to see the apartments makeover. Lots of repairs to the complex inside and out .I was delighted to see the same manager . She is making this place a much nicer community. She says the parking lot is the next big project!"
