"Pros : It's pretty peaceful here, and whatever you pay for rent moving in, will never go up as long as you stay here. They are also pretty fast about fixing anything. Cons : They charge $10 for everyday you are late on rent. There is a yearly inspection, so they check your apartment out to make sure it meets their standards. I'm not sure if this is a pro or con, but EVERYTHING is electric, sometimes that will create a hefty charge."
